For the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of sharing The Raven Cue—a space for leadership insights, stories of tough decisions, and reminders to pause and appreciate life’s moments. Each week brought new ideas, fresh perspectives, and valuable lessons to share.

Now it’s time to step away, slow down, and focus more on family. My passion for encouraging others on their life’s journeys remains, but I’m ready for a new chapter — one with more reflection and fewer deadlines.

Through The Raven Cue and Raven Performance Group, I have witnessed the power of leaders coming together — learning, growing, sharing, and building trust. It has reinforced a truth I’ve always believed: The road is easier together.

I am deeply grateful to each of you who took the time to read, reflect, and engage with The Raven Cue. Your support and feedback have made this journey truly meaningful. I hope these stories have inspired you as much as they have inspired me.
