About Linda Laitala
Linda Laitala is an accomplished businesswoman and entrepreneur whose skills and talents are widely recognized. Under Linda’s guidance, the company grew over 30% and was recognized as Small Business of the Year by the local Chamber of Commerce. She and Raven Machine & Tool were profiled in the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

She was also an advisor for the Small Business Development Program at Pine Technical College.
She currently serves on the boards of RAIN Source Capital, East Central Energy and the Minnesota Rural Electric Association. She is state Co-President of Minnesota Business and Professional Women’s Association.
Her experience and extensive connections have given her the insights necessary to guide and coach CEOs, entrepreneurs, and Presidents. As owner and founder of Inner Circle of Central Minnesota, Linda helped business owners and presidents make better decisions and to grow more profitable businesses.
Today Linda owns Raven Performance Group and continues to maximize leaders’ businesses and lives through CEO Roundtables.
Linda helps leaders achieve positive results in both their business and their personal life. She believes a business owner’s business should allow them to live the life they want to live. With quick wit, ready laugh and an experienced hands-on approach, Linda awakens latent abilities within her clients and holds them accountable to do what they say they will do.
One of Linda’s favorite quotes by Ralph Waldo Emerson is “Our chief want in life is somebody who will make us do what we can”. This is the reason she facilitates roundtables–to help people do and be all they can.
