I love listening to members present their MAPs.
Each year, every Raven Roundtable member lays out their goals for the upcoming year. The MAP ensures owners move their businesses toward their vision and provides benchmarks for the rest of the group to hold them accountable.
Personal goals are an essential part of the MAP. In her recent presentation, Lana shared what she calls her hour of power.
Each morning, Lana exercises 20 minutes, reads 20 minutes, and finally, spends 20 minutes in meditation and prayer. She never leaves the house without having her hour of power.
The hour of power is a deceptively simple yet tremendously powerful practice. It works for anyone looking for renewal, growth, and change in their life.
Author Stephen Covey calls it Sharpen the Saw; it’s Habit 7 in his best-selling book The Seven Habits of Highly Successful People. He reminds us that every day provides a new chance for renewal – an opportunity to recharge.
How do you start your day?
The road is easier together,
